Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms cover your use of the VC Contracting & Landscaping website. By browsing the site you agree to them. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the site.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse the site and get in touch about your project. Please don't misuse it — that means no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, and no copying our content or photos for your own commercial use without asking first.
Estimates and quotes
Anything on this site — service descriptions, examples of past work, and general information — is for reference only and is not a binding offer or a guaranteed price. A free estimate is exactly that: an estimate. Actual pricing, scope, and scheduling are confirmed directly with you before any work begins.
The work itself
Any landscaping, hardscaping, masonry, excavation, or other work we perform for you is governed by the separate agreement or written estimate we provide for that specific job — not by this website. Where the two ever conflict, that job agreement controls.
Our content
The text, photos, logo, and design on this site belong to VC Contracting & Landscaping (or are used with permission) and are protected by law. The photos of completed work are of real projects we've done.
No warranties on the site
We keep the information here accurate and current as best we can, but the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, VC Contracting & Landscaping isn't liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any rights or protections you have under the separate agreement for work we perform for you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
